Terms & Conditions for wholesale and bespoke orders

  • Minimum Order Requirement:

    To begin your wholesale journey with us, the minimum order is set at £250. If you're interested in specific wholesale and retail pricing for our products, please fill out the order form below. Note that shipping and handling costs are not included in this amount.

  • Bulk Orders

    We provide the option for custom labels on our candles, making them a wonderful choice for weddings, baby showers, and various events.

  • Processing Time

    For wholesale and bespoke orders, kindly allow 3-4 weeks for processing, plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. For bulk and customized orders, please anticipate a timeframe of up to 4-6 weeks for consultation and processing.
